Upgrade to macOS Big Sur

• Giving us enough speed to install Mac OS X Snow Leopard. My main objectives were. Do not alter, cut, deform, change, or break the original Mac in anyway, I wanted to be able to return it to its original state if I chose to. Not to let myself cut costs on the project just to make it more 'amazinger' (cheap instructables are great, but we do see.
• Apple releases a new version of the Mac operating system almost every year, but it won't support every Mac. Each year more and more Macs fall by the wayside, unable to be updated to take advantage.
• OS X Mountain Lion; Mac OS X v10.7 Lion; Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard; Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard; Mac OS X v10.4 Tiger; Mac OS X v10.3 and earlier; Mac OS X Technologies; Classic Mac OS (OS9, OS8 & System 7) Photos for Mac; QuickTime; Safari; Front Row.

Before installing this upgrade, make sure that your Mac is ready.

Check compatibility

Download macOS Big Sur If you’re using macOS Mojave or later, choose Apple menu  System Preferences, then click Software Update. If you’re using an earlier macOS, use the App Store instead. Learn how to download and install macOS Big Sur Go to the App Store.

Make a backup

Before you upgrade, make a complete backup with Time Machine, or store your files in iCloud.

Free up space

If the installer needs more storage space to upgrade, you can free up space using tools that come with your Mac.
